This application ("the App") is a private, internal financial-reporting tool operated for a single business ("the Company"). It exists solely to read the Company's own accounting data from QuickBooks Online and present it as management reports.
With the Company's authorization, the App reads financial transaction records (purchases, deposits, payments, and related account and category information) from the Company's QuickBooks Online account. Access is read-only; the App never creates, edits, or deletes QuickBooks data.
Retrieved data is used only to produce internal financial statements and summaries for the Company. It is not sold, shared, or disclosed to any third party, and is not used for advertising or any purpose other than the Company's own reporting.
Transaction data is written to a private Google Sheet controlled by the Company. Authentication tokens are stored securely on the App's server and are used only to maintain the read-only connection.
The connection can be revoked at any time via the Disconnect function or from within QuickBooks, which stops all further access. Stored tokens are deleted on disconnect.
