This application ("the App") is provided for the private, internal use of a single business ("the Company") to read its own QuickBooks Online data and generate financial reports.
The App is authorized by the Company to access its QuickBooks Online account on a read-only basis. Use of the App is limited to the Company and its designated personnel.
The App does not write to, alter, or delete any data in QuickBooks Online. It retrieves records for reporting purposes only. QuickBooks Online remains the authoritative system of record.
The App is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Reports generated are for informational purposes and should be reviewed by a qualified person before being relied upon for financial decisions, tax filings, or compliance.
Authorization may be withdrawn at any time by disconnecting the App or revoking access within QuickBooks Online, which immediately ends all data access.
